Luis Hernández our sales guy was very professional. He understood our needs and wants and delivered without much going back and forward. He took its time to even setup our apps, link our phones with car and explain in detail how each feature worked. We recommended him and this dealership.
Over the last eight years or so I have leased three vehicles through Napleton’s on Northlake. (Two Santa Fe’s and one Jeep) At the time I was happy enough with their service that I continued to get my cars through them even after I moved to Martin County. However, my opinion of the dealership has changed after my latest experience with them. I went to Napleton’s last week in response to their telephone solicitation offering to end my lease early and to put me into a new one which is something that I have done with this dealership before. I showed up at my scheduled appointment with the intent of leasing my fourth vehicle through that dealership. To make a long story short, my experience with Napleton’s was so negative that I did not lease a vehicle that day and on top of that I will never do business with them again. I could write a novel explaining my negative experience, but the fact that they managed to totally turn off a loyal long-term customer like me should tell you something. When my lease is up in a few months I will take my business elsewhere.
I didn't buy from there but I probably will next time. I've had my car serviced a few times for regular maintenance. The prices are fair, they do an excellent job, staff is friendly, and they have a great little waiting area. The wait times are fast but if I needed a longer service they even provide a shuttle service.
Update:
Napleton's responded to my negative one star review by asking me to give them another chance. They are evidently "very concerned" about losing loyal customers. In their response they gave me the dealership's main number (Press 1 for Service, two for sales, etc) and they didn't give the name of the person who would want to hear my complaint. In other words, they don't care. They write the response so it looks to people reading reviews that they really cared and want to resolve the issue. If their concern wasn't an act they would at least have provided me with the name of a manager or assistant. Or better yet.....since I had previously leased three cars from them, they have my phone number and email address.

Treated very well. Made us feel as our business was wanted and important to them. They listened to our concerns and were very flexable to resolve any concerns we had. After the sale the in service instructional time given to us to learn all the new features in the car was beyond anything we had before.
Overall a good job. The salesman John Garcia did a great job and honestly cared that we were taken care. This proved true even after the sale. The finance person Michael Sanicola was outstanding and went above to get me a great rate and term. I wish they were a bit more flexible on the price of the vehicle however. I would buy from them again. No complaints.
