We had a very pleasing experience selecting the right travel trailer. Ben was patient while showing us many different floor plans and sizes. When we finally settled on a camper that we felt fit us, found all staff and support personnel were pleasant to deal with and went out of their way to help make sure every step along the way went smoothly. Highly recommend Camping World of Valdosta.
I do not recommend Camping World in Lake Park. This week I was quoted $360.99 to install 2 saddle brackets to hold my weight distribution hitch. Supposedly, this would require one and a half hours of labor. Horizon RV right across the interstate only took 20 minutes to do this job and provided me with a set of used but good brackets. Their cost $53.00. Two weeks prior Camping World sold me a toilet that was not compatible with height of water intake pipe. Just save yourself money and headache, and cross the interstate to Horizon RV Center.
If you want a hassle-free camper buying experience, go to Camping World of Valdosta. We were able to find the camper we wanted and make the transaction fairly quick. They bent over backwards to please us. The sales personnel was very nice and respectful and patient with us. Can't wait to use our new Montana!
We had an almost perfect experience purchasing our new camper! Stacy, our sales rep, helped us find the perfect one. Financing was smooth and they even took our old pop up in trade!

Our only issue was with the service department installing our brake assist system incorrectly. The management took care of the issue and now all is good!
