All Dixie Moving moved me from a Public Storage unit to a 4th floor condo. Jake and Simon were my movers. Great guys. Very conscientous and considerate. I highly recommend them and All Dixie Moving to everyone. You will not be disappointed. Very happy customer.

All-Dixie moving was very professional, courteous and prompt. When I first met the owner he provided all the necessary details to make my move a smooth one. He answered all of my questions truthfully and gave me what I considered to be a very reasonable quote. The team provided me with all of the boxes and supplies I needed and never hesitated to respond to my requests for more boxes etc....On the day of the move the All-Dixie crew was on time and worked tirelessly to facilitate my move. I can state unequivocally that not one item was broken or misplaced. Boxes were stacked in an organized fashion in their respective rooms which made unpacking very easy. I have recommended All-Dixie Moving to others and would not hesitate to use them again. There are a lot of moving choices out there, however, if you want honesty, professionalism and courtesy at the right price you should choose All-Dixie Moving.

All-Dixie Moving & Storage talks a nice game but when it comes to delivery, good Luck! Over 2 months and we're still getting the run-around and avoidance about their loss of several major (and expensive) items they apparently can't find. Many of the items moved ended up scratched and/or torn badly and we had to dispose. We even paid for crating a large, expensive mirror that they have said they'll bring but haven't yet. The move took 2 days instead of 1 because they arrived so late in the first day. When we call to get answers about the missing furniture the rep blames the "other" guy and promises to look into things -- but never calls us back. This company is now banned from our condo having damaged the walls and damaged elevator interiors without paying for damages. They act courteous and friendly but gave us the worst move of our lives. I am not one to usually write reviews; however, I feel like the service I received from Dave Jr., the owner of this company, was completely unacceptable. I was very excited to use these guys; I met with Dave Sr, twice to discuss my move with him, and I liked him very much. I thought I had made a good decision to move with them. The move itself went very smoothly - the guys who came to do the move were actually great. They were professional, they worked hard, and they were extremely personable. However, we had a kitchen table broken in the move. It wasn't a huge deal; the guys told me they would take it back with them and Dave would call me the next day. He did not call me; I waited several days and finally emailed him. He responded and offered to fix the table or pay me directly the cost of fixing it - $100. The table was $1000, but it was old, so $100 wasn't what I thought the repairs would cost, but in an attempt to move on, I said I would accept a check. Additionally, we somehow lost two framed pictures in the move as well. When I emailed Dave several times about the missing pictures, I received no response at all. It has been three weeks since our move and not only did I NEVER receive a check in the mail, I have not received a response on the pictures as well. I am giving up at this point. I'm sure I will not receive the check or a response so I'm left with leaving a very poor review. It's a shame really because the guys who work for Dave really did a great job. Too bad the leadership is sorely lacking.

Post Review, Dave Jr. addressed my concerns quickly; delivered the check, and found and delivered the missing pictures to my doorstep. All issues resolved.

I told the owner what I had estimated needing in terms of help and time, and he added another mover, and let me know about the 3 hour minimum. No problem. The day comes and the team is 4 hours late. They do the job quickly, and prior to speaking to us, one worker called the owner to tell him they would be done and leaving soon. They cleared it with us and we expressed frustration over the 3 hour minimum, as they only used half. The worker informed me that the owner was great and works with people all the time for pricing and offered to call him and work it out. The boss refused rudely, and as the workers left, my husband told them we'd give them a great review, but a poor one for the company, as the customer service was less than pleasant. An employee shouldn't offer a discount that won't be honored. I would have left it at that, but 10 minutes later, the Owner called me and told me I couldn't leave him a bad review. I explained my reasoning and he admitted the actions, but didn't take blame for any of it. Instead, he defended those actions by blaming me for accepting the 3 hour minimum (which is not my principle issue). He started getting rude, and my husband told him he wasn't going to speak to me that way, and the dude literally laughed. At that point, the conversation was moot and we realized this company is a joke, lacking both ethical and professional service severely. We were charged full price immediately after the phone call. We will most definitely be spreading the word that we do NOT recommend this guy to anyone!
