One star is more ha they deserve. I wish I could give them "ZERO" stars! I dropped off a brand new blouse, only worn it once and they returned it to me with a major rip near the neck opening. They didn't even mention that there was a problem with the blouse. When I brought it up they offered to fix it, which I agreed to but when I came to pick up the "fixed" blouse the stitches were horrible! Not only the color didn't match but it looked like it was done by a 5 year old! It took them 2 weeks to get back to me with an answer how this will be handled and at the end they refused to do anything for me. The owner, an older guy, was plain nasty and rude, turned his back on me and left! NASTY, HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!!

Great service, always finds things and call to check , they find little holes and call to see if I want them repaired. I have never been lucky enough to find such a great dry cleaner in NYC.
I would give this place zero stars. I took a COMPANY tablecloth to this place to be cleaned. It has our company logo in it. I have taken other things there before that. I went to pick it up and she said the colors ran. When I looked at it closely after bringing it back to work it looked as if an iron had been on it. She said to come in for a refund but that is a custom made tablecloth worth over $200. She quickly told me I signed a waiver but I was not expecting for it to be that bad. When I went back for the refund, the manager (a younger woman) didn't even look me in the eye. Just gave me my money back and went to the back. Horrible customer service!!!!!!! Then the manager said it was because I wanted it next day. Really????
