I like this store, it's clean and the service is pretty good but I purchased paint several times while remodeling that came with a rebate offer in which I set aside until I had time to take care of the paperwork and forgot all about it. I just came across the receipts (almost 3 months later) so I tried to apply for the rebate and it was too late, the offer had expired! I lost out on $50.00!! ***!!!$50.00**!! That really upset me. I hate rebates because it puts the burden on ME! Why can't they just offer the discount right then? I've never understood rebates. Makes no sense. Companies have to have an entire department set up to pay rebates too so it seems it would save money by just giving it up at the register! Now I'm upset and feel cheated (even though it's my fault for forgetting about it)! Ugh. It's not Lowe's fault because this was offered by the paint company but I think Lowe's shouldn't allow it! Put it on sale or something. My 2 cents~!

Bob is excellent! He left his work station at "doors" and jump to help me buy a pressure tank. He stayed with me all the time until I got everything I needed to get the job done! Outstanding!

One bright spot - and the reason I gave it 2 stars - is the kitchen center. Excellent service, the product prices are very competitive, and the counter top fabricator they contract with is a genius. He's meticulous, professional, and mine turned out perfectly - better than I hoped!!
Overall store is dreadful, that's why 2 stars. Plumbing, garden center, tile, and the customer service desk have all been terrible. One cashier randomly said, "You wait" to me and told someone to cut in front of me. Strange, right? (The guy said no but the cashier insisted so I told him to go ahead.)
