Black chick with the fake hazel eyes that works in Popeyes is a rude disrespectful ass .... I cant believe her managers just stood bye and watched her be rude! Its not my fault you a grown ass women working @ Popeyes! Get your life together! If you knew better you would do better!
Shower was dirty. I've definitely been at better facilities. I mean if the cleaning people done anything the towels wouldnt smell like piss and there wouldn't still be hair from the last person all over the place. If I could I'd give this place 0 stars.
No parking. Service took me in @7pm I had two trucks ahead of me. It took 17 hours. I was leapfrogged by at least six trucks before they started on mine. Every time I walked by or went to check on the status people were standing outside joking and smoking cigarettes They wanted me to pay for parking with eight dropped trailers on their already small lot. No driver's Lounge. Night time manager was unsimpathetic and combative before I even had a chance to speak. This is a store that has truly lost the identity of what they're supposed to be,,,, a service facility for trucks. it seemed like they wanted to do anything but that. Needs new management.
Friendly staff in both restaurants and in the convenience store itself. Also for a "gas station" I was floored by how clean the men's bathroom is. Definitely gets a star on the map as a favorite stop.
Service shop is great. Unfortunately everything is against policy so unless your getting an oil change just keep on trucking. They fix half of the problem and only to tell you we can't help you.
