I wish I could give them a negative stars. Badcock is a rip off. You are better off going to Rooms to Go or Ashley Furniture to get. I bought a leather sofa from them a year ago and I bought insurance with it. The seat started to rip. Called them 3 weeks ago to have them come out and fix it. It took 2 weeks for them to come out and look at it. Then it took them one week to call me about it. They had the nerve to say it was cracking. I hate them. What's the point of getting insurance, if you can't use it. Don't ever go here. They called me a year later to say, the manufacturer doesn't make the part anymore. So they wanted to give me store credit ($284), the sofa cost more than that. And I would have to pay extra for delivery because they are picking up the old sofa. To funny, I told them to shove it.
