The products and their prices at all Walmart stores are great. But the employees at this store need to be trained in customer relations. There is a clubby attitude among the employees to the detriment of the customers. Generally speaking the employees are not very friendly to their customers.
I usually never give more than 1 star to ant Wal-Mart but this store had a few nice staff members. They did have some good black Friday items. However, they were open on thanksgiving until midnight and their black Friday started at 6pm on thanksgiving day. They didn't want people to grab items before 6pm and that was messy with people trying to grab things before 6pm and staff members trying to stop people from picking up items from the shelves. Store and bathroom is overall cleaner than other Wal-Mart's. Huge parking lot and they are located off of North Congress near Northlake Blvd in Palm Beach Gardens.
I shop at Walmart often. Excellent pricing and great selection of merchandise. I prefer to shop for myself but have also used their pick-up service with complete satisfaction. Interactions with the staff in store are cordial and help received by customer service staff on phone was excellent.
I did not receive a third of the items that were in my order and one item was confused for something completely different. The gentleman offered to go get everything that was missing, which was nice, but completely besides the point of placing my order in advance. I will not be using this service again!
Used the order on Walmart app. Put my order in pulled up to the back which is well signed for pick up. And they brought out my large order and packed my car. Since I'm disabled this is a God sent option. Hoping they start delivery soon. Great experience I'll use it every month!!!!
