The hospitable way that a patient is treated from the front desk right on down the line is such a refreshing way to run ANY business. That is what you will find at Dr. Rentz's office! Caring, concerned and good kind people. I drive 40 miles ONE WAY to get to his office. He "took me in" under an emergency situation when NO ONE in my home city would. So kudos to you Dr. Rentz and you staff! You have restored my faith in human kindness and professionalism. My oral care will always be in your capable hands.

I wouldn't recommend this Office to anyone! They charged our insurance for a wrong procedure code then wouldn't send a corrected claim. The receptionist doesn't return phone calls when being questioned about charging for a wrong procedure. They also had 2 procedures on my son's treatment plan that had just been done before moving to the area not to mention filing for services to the wrong insurance company one time!
